Say Cheese

Since we moved in to this home I have wanted to arrange a picture gallery wall. I finally decided the best location for the gallery wall would be the hallway between our entryway and family room. I looked at numerous gallery wall examples and tons of picture frames, before deciding on picture frames from Ikea.

After deciding on which pictures to use for the wall, it was time to make a list of sizes of frames needed and quantity. Of course I left the list at home, which we discovered when we arrived at Ikea.....so good thing I pretty much had memorized the list.

We decided on the Virserum Frames sizes 4x6, 5x7, and 8x10. The frames range in price from 1.99 to 4.99.

I found a tip online to use paper scraps to make outlines of photo frames and arranged them on the wall using painters tape. This tip was a lifesaver and made it very easy to rearrange the photos without leaving tons of holes in the walls.

I arranged the photos on the floor, which it made switching the photos around easy

Our Gallery Wall

The cost of project was:
Picture Frames from Ikea $ 49.80
"N" Initial from Micheal's  $0.99
Total of                          $ 50.79
